Submit a Service Request

Our service desk  is monitored by township staff Monday to Friday 9am to 4:30pm excluding holidays. Response time may vary depending on the nature of the request and other priorities of staff work.

A service request is to inform staff of an issue or request to have staff address a concern you may have from the following list:

Beaver Dam, Beach, Bridge, By-Law, Culvert, Drainage/Ditching, Landfill, Plowing/Snow removal, Playground Equipment, Pothole, Road, Sanding/Salt, Sinkhole, Tennis Courts, Washout

If your request is urgent, please call 705-724-3526 during regular business hours or 705-223-0250 for after-hours reporting.

For any other complaints not listed above, please call the office at 705-724-3526 and ask for the CAO Clerk Treasurer.

If you need police, fire or ambulance please call 911.
